Meet The Team!

Kevin

Kevin is the Owner/Operator of Aldridge Woodshop. Kevin started Aldridge Woodshop to provide affordable high quality handmade small home furnishings. Kevin has been woodworking for 5 years in addition to his Paramedic career. While Kevin enjoys every aspect of a project, his favorite part is when a wood joint comes together just right. It is a feeling of satisfaction and relief that it fit together just right!

Claire

Claire is Kevin’s wife, but she truly is the boss. Her roles for Aldridge Woodshop include excelling as the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Creative Officer, Safety Enforcement Officer, and the Hydration Administrator. Claire loves to join Kevin in the shop during the creative process and lends many great ideas! Claire is mostly hands off, but when she does join Kevin in the shop, she surprisingly loves sanding. When not preforming any of her many roles for Aldridge Woodshop, Claire is a school teacher, molding the minds of today’s youths.

Cooper

Cooper is Kevin and Claire’s dog. Cooper is a crucial part of the Aldridge Woodshop team. Cooper is a middle aged chocolate lab who thinks he is only 2 years old. Cooper has been there from the beginning, full of support and slobber. Cooper’s primary roles are, Chief Lumber Inspector and Shop Naps Executive. While some of the tools and machines seem scary to him, he is always curious and lends a paw when he can. If there ever is a scrap of wood to hit the shop floor, Cooper is the first one to pick it up!
